As a power yoga teacher, Cushla beautifully balances power and compassion. In her classes I felt simultaneously supported and held while also empowered to go beyond my perceived limits. I will also always remember when Cushla spent time with me after class one day going over some of the basic alignment cues in Downward Facing Dog - as a ‘flexi’ I have a tendency to hyper extend my arms and Cushla kindly took the time to work with me to build a better foundation for this pose, which is much safer for my body and will help to ensure longevity in my practice.

Cushla radiates an energy that words cannot describe both in person and online when times need it! I always leave class with a full heart and clear mind to continue with my life outside of the studio.

I’ve had the chance to attend quite a few of her classes: meditation, yoga and sisterhood circle. Cushla will always guide you with calm and gentleness in her voice but she will always take you to a level you’ve been afraid of. It’s like she knows what is running through my mind and she always keeps me present with and in my body during each practice, whether I am still or flowing. She’s a powerful teacher.

What an incredible teacher! Cushla knows the human body so well which makes her teaching that much better. Being informed by someone with such an in depth knowledge of how the body works means she knows how to help you in the most effective way. Not only this but Cushla has so much to give her students, I always leave her class feeling like I've gained so much peace and comfort in a hectic day. The best yoga & pilates teacher I've ever been to!
