Kids get to have a tantrum, cry, scream, do what they need physically to process big emotions. This is seen as "normal" and yet when we grow up what do we do to process big emotions?
Hold it in?
Let the emotion build and build until we explode and react over something so small and scream at our loved ones that they just don't get us or bring up something they did 2 months ago?
Everyone gets angry. Everyone gets disappointed. Everyone just feels like life is hard at times. And yet as women we're told to smile ("you'd look pretty if you smile") that we're being a bitch if we get upset or that "others have it worse than you" if you complain or "is it that time of the month?" if you release some anger
omg, seriously, even writing that triggered so much in me!! You feel me?
In this 2 hour women's circle I want to give you the tools to release some of the shit that we're carrying around which is just dragging us down. And to help you feel restored into how you want to be in the world. Because its there, we just need to get rid of the stuff that we've been pushing aside
I want you to see and feel that it is normal to feel all of the emotions by being supported by other women feeling the same

mat pilates classes are to help you to build strength and mobility in the body, while having fun and being guided in a safe and encouraging way.

Classes are held at Mt Pleasant Community Hall, Friday 9:30am - 10:30am
Investment: $144 for the term or $25 drop in rate
please arrive 10minutes before class starts so you can get set up and we can start on time
To attend this class please bring your own yoga mat, drink bottle and wear clothes that you can move easily in - I will provide the rest
