Meditation is a powerful tool to focus your awareness and realise that you do not have to attach yourself to the thoughts that run through your mind.
It is a constant practice and the beautiful thing is there are so many tools and ways to meditate so you can change it up to keep yourself interested or if something doesn’t work for you, try something else.
